To have 100% shade while still open, this way you get 100% shade and still have air circulation.

Ingredients:

• 1 bottle of white wine
• ½ lbs fruit of your choice (mango, peach, pineapple, etc.)
• 1 cup of sparkling wine or sparkling water
• 3 spoons of simple syrup (dissolved sugar)

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients in large container
2. Add lots of ice
3. Enjoy
