After 911 the company transitioned into the sale and installation of products that enhance outdoor living. Sun control products, retractable patio covers and enclosures, and hurricane protection are just a few of our products and services.
We initially launched Solara Specialist of Cocoa, Florida as a family owned business with a unique coastal product line. We are currently a family owned LLC. We try to surpass a customer’s expectation with attention to detail and following through with timely services rendered. Close to 50% of all business is by referral.

Our company has been featured in Space Coast Living Magazine, Spaces Magazine, Florida Today Newspaper, and our products are installed in the most prestigious homes in East Central Florida.

We utilize a mobile showroom that brings working samples of products, materials and colors right to a home or business to provide the right solutions based on style, aesthetics, and budget. There is no charge for any presentations or proposals.
Our vast line of outdoor products are well suited to any residential or commercial location. We have done projects extending out 150 miles from our base near the Kennedy Space Center. We will travel anywhere in the peninsular of Florida to sell and install our products and services. From time to time we get requests to provide product only purchases. We will accommodate anyone who feels they have the technical ability and proper equipment for self- installations.

We honor our military with a “friends & family” discount, we offer specials during off-season, and in most cases there is no “installation charge” for any of our products.
